About our staff.

"The Boss"
Brian started Gamedeals at the Vancouver Flea Market, and opened the store in 2006. He has quickly & consistently grown the business from a small indie store with limited stock, to the best independent video game store in the Vancouver Area. He collects Zelda games & has a very eclectic taste in the games he plays. He oversees the retail store & handles wholesale orders, large-scale buying, online orders, eBay, YouTube, Twitter, dealing with other stores, accounting, pricing, and our website.
"The Muscle"
Jen has been with Gamedeals since the store opened. She has a very multi-generational love of gaming, which makes working in a store like this a blast. Starting off working two days a week, Jen climbed the ladder to full-time employee, then Store Manager, playing a key note in helping make the store what it is today, and Gamedeals has become like a second home. When she's not reading comics and engaging in heated game debates, she takes care of pricing, trade-ins, minor buying, quality control & harassing customers.
"The Skirt"
Ray came to Gamedeals in early 2009. He was a friend to the store for years, and due to his enthusiastic nature was brought onboard immediately after leaving his previous job at a local pawn shop. Ray spends his off time playing the drums and playing video games. He loves long walks on the beach and candlelight dinners. You can usually find him up front trying to help people find gems from their childhood and keeping the place clean. He is also a hugging machine.
