- I spent most of today sorting & pricing all the NES/SNES games that we just got in. Well over 100 NES/SNES games, as well as a random assortment for other systems. Some highlights include: Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 3, Zelda LTTP, Super Mario Kart, and lots of the cheap stuff.

- We're currently overstocked on a lot of stuff right now, so if anyone wants to come & drop a pile of cash, I'm offering crazy deals on the stuff I have extras of.

- Eye of Judgement Cards will be here VERY soon. We're expecting to get a limited supply of booster packs & singles by the weekend, and a much larger shipment in about 1-2 weeks. If anyone wants to order a box, theme decks, etc. let me know so that I'll have enough. I should have solid prices/info in a few days. It also looks like I'm going to be set up & playing in the store this weekend (Sat or Sun still undecided) so let me know if you want to join in.

I've recently picked up "Eye of Judgement" for the PS3 and it's pretty good (I'm hooked).

If anyone want's to play (in person) at the store, let me know and we can arrange a time. Our game room seems perfectly suited for this game with a table & 8 foot projection all ready to go. Since this game is of such a specific "genre" and it would be difficult to find other "real life" players, I would like to start getting people together to play, maybe create a league or tournaments, and have a local place to buy/sell/trade cards as most dealers won't carry them.

Let me know if you're interested, and we'll get this going. In the meantime, I'm looking for cards so if you have any leads on booster boxes, etc. drop me a line.

I've been looking into some "group buys" of Playstation Network downloadable games and I wanted to see if any of you are interested. Basically, each game purchased can be downloaded to up to 5 different PS3 consoles. I would create a new user ID so nobody would have to share theirs, and I would only allow people locally who are trustworthy, but it would be a chance to get roughly 5 games ($50 value) for about $10 (not to mention you could just pay me cash if you don't have a credit card).

The games I'm looking at right now include:
- Flow
- Everyday Shooter
- Calling All Cars
- Locoroco
- Rampart
- Super Street Fighter 2 HD (if it comes out soon - or maybe later)

After 1.5 years, we finally have a place to eat around here (after 3:00 when Green's closes) as the new Subway opened this morning. To celebrate, I'm offering to give anyone a deal who brings me Subway coupons. Anyway, I'm going to get back to eating my sub.

UPDATE: I got my PS3, so I don't need any more EB Credit. Also, a huge pile of NES/SNES games came in yesterday. Included in that lot were the NES Repro carts "Earthbound" (Japan's Earthbound Zero in English) & "Legend of Zelda: Outlands" (a fan created Zelda hack that re-makes the entire game).

... and I just noticed that I haven't updated the blog in a while, so here goes.

At the end of the month (for Halloween) we will be dressing the store up as EB Games and running a promotion. I haven't nailed down the details yet, but it will involve trading your 3 good games, for our 1. As well, we will accept EB Credit, offer very little on trade-in's, put stickers all over the games you buy, answer the phone with a lengthy advertisement (anyone care to sponsor us?), and generally do everything "different".

Also of note, we can now unbrick Slim PSP's and mod firmware 3.71 (unbricking & custom firmware for everyone).
